CSPA Sub-Committees

The CSPA Executive Committee is made up of a fantastic group of parents, with great minds and ideas, but all with limited time.​

In order to progress fundraising ideas quickly and effectively, and to allow a more efficient use of time, the Executive Committee is divided up into smaller Sub-Committees.

We all continue to meet at the main Executive Committee meetings every 6 weeks, but to achieve our fundraising objectives, we aim to ‘divide and conquer’ between the main meetings, with one rep from each Sub-Committee reporting on progress at the next Executive Committee meeting.

The Executive Committee Officers maintain communication with each Sub-Committee to ensure that all actions are aligned with the School’s values and goals.

By committing time to a Sub-Committee, parents’ workloads are spread efficiently and hopefully prevents anyone begrudging the amount of time they invest in helping the School to fundraise.
