Exclusivity of Cranbrook Rewards discounts:

• Cranbrook Rewards discounts cannot be combined with any ongoing or concurrent promotions, discounts, or special offers from retailers. You may only use the Cranbrook Rewards discount independently.

Mandatory presentation of membership card:

• You must present your valid Cranbrook Rewards membership card at the time of purchase. The membership card serves as proof of your eligibility for your Cranbrook Rewards discount and it is a requirement to access the discount. Failing to produce your membership card may result in the forfeiture of the discount for that transaction.

Non-transferability of membership cards:

• Cranbrook Rewards membership cards are issued exclusively to the registered member.  They are not transferable to any other individual. Each card is linked to a specific Member's account and may only be used by that Member. Attempting to transfer or lend your card to another person may result in the suspension or termination of your membership privileges.​

Discounts are offered at the discretion of the retailer, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time and without notice.
