What a great night was had by all last Friday at the annual CSPA Burns Night event!
Over 100 guests were welcomed to the Queens Hall by Gordon Young, chairman of governors and enjoyed a glass of fizz whilst listening to the fabulous Scottish Sisters string group.
The Dining Hall looked resplendent with balloons and tartan - the haggis was drummed in by John Harrod and after the traditional speeches, everyone tucked in to a feast of haggis, salmon and cheesecake.
Following a rousing raffle with prizes donated by local businesses, it was back to the Queens Hall for Scottish dancing courtesy of the superb Craigievar Ceilidh Band.
Thank you to all those involved for their hard work and to all the guests for making it such a fun evening - a mighty £1,500 was raised to benefit our students.
