Sadly our much loved secretary is stepping down after four years and so the CSPA is on the look out for a replacement.
The role includes organising approximately two meetings per term, liaising with fellow officers as regards agenda items, sending committee members agenda and draft minutes in advance, taking a meeting note and writing up minutes.
A full handover is available with the new incumbent taking over from September.
